Any minute spent in a live AI roleplay session — practicing a sales, triage, or interview call against an AI persona. Call reviews, scoring, coaching, and the Learn library don't consume minutes.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
You're never cut off mid-practice. Extra roleplay minutes are billed as overage at $0.33 / minute on every plan, and you'll get a prompt before you exceed your monthly cap.
What's the difference between Standard and VIP support?
Pro includes Standard support (email, business hours). Max and Enterprise include VIP support — priority response and a faster SLA. Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager.
Can I switch plans or add seats?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or add seats anytime. Plans are per-seat and billed monthly in USD; changes prorate to your next cycle.
Is sales and recruiting included on every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes the full Midas suite — sales scoring, the recruiting funnel (triage + interview), AI roleplay, call reviews, coaching, the Learn library, and metrics.
